The team is comprised of three components.
Technical Support – Maintaining the integrity of our current product line
The Technical Support Team provides ongoing technical aid to our customers and sales force. Extensive experience in metalworking cutting fluids and ferrous and non-ferrous rolling allows us to supply solutions for the field and implement efficiency improvements at our manufacturing facilities. Each field representative has a personal technical support chemist as a partner in reviewing data, meeting product challenges and preventing possible problems in the future.
Product Development – Providing solutions for the future
The Product Development Group is committed to the creation of new technology products and services. Our expertise is broad, including metalworking, drawing & stamping, hydroforming, friction modifiers, gear oils, hydraulic fluids, ferrous and non-ferrous rolling oils. Our long-term role is to develop new products that deliver new technology into the industrial marketplace.
Data Science – Delivering timely analysis
Laboratory analysis is fundamental to our business and a key component in the technical and commercial decisions our customers’ make. Our Global Data Science Team delivers timely, accurate and relevant analysis to our customers. Investment in the latest instrumentation, funding of novel technology projects and the review and adoption of best practices around the world creates a service within our industry that is second to none.
