RollCool
Specifically designed to enhance the performance of solvent oil based cold mill chemistries, RollCool is formulated to allow for lower mill loads with increased speed by improving the cooling proficiency of the system.
Although RollCool is compatible with several types of cold rolling additive packages, optimal benefits are realized when RollCool is used with the VX Series of cold rolling additives.
RollCool Additive is introduced to the cold mill by a Stuart designed and implemented application system. This system is user-friendly and requires little input from the customer to achieve maximum results. Performance improvements include: decreased mill loads, increased mill speeds, cleaner sheet surface and system moisture control.
Recycling of the used coolant may be performed using existing practices employed in the recycling of the VX Series of rolling oils.
All products used in RollCool Additive comply with FDA regulations for rolling metals that contact food when applied in accordance with that standard.
