VX Series
Stuart's VX Series of aluminum cold rolling oils are special blends of synthetic fatty alcohols, esters and antioxidants which have been formulated to provide excellent surface quality of cold rolled sheet. Products are available for all aspects of cold rolling, from conventional single stand mills to multi-stand tandem mills and the rolling of foil gauges. These products have been developed to meet the performance demands of cold rolling processes where intermediate to heavy reductions are required.
The VX-462 Series contains additional additives which have demonstrated excellent performance in maintaining a consistent roll coating on the work rolls to further ensure that outstanding surface quality will result from their use.
